Bonus Policy
This policy is applicable to our website betsmore.com. Please read it carefully because they form a legal agreement between you and us in relation to access and use of our website, together with other terms located in the respective section.
1.1 We are entitled to create new bonuses, alter the existing bonuses and remove bonuses at any time at our own discretion and without prior notice to you. It is your obligation to carefully review the terms of bonuses (including the terms of a specific bonus) every time before using it. We can restrict the bonuses to be applicable only to specific events and types of games.
1.2 Our bonuses are “sticky” bonuses. The bonus is attached to the real balance. As long as the bonus is active, it is impossible to make a withdrawal. The wagering requirements must be reached as if the wagering requirements will not be reached the bonus expires after X days (depending on the bonus) after being credited.
1.3 You cannot activate previously unused bonuses after a withdrawal request.
1.4 Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. 1.9 If you wish to cancel your bonus you may do so by contacting our support prior to making any bets. If the bet was made while the bonus was active it is not possible to cancel such bonus.

2.1 Please carefully read both this policy and individual bonus rules before using any bonus. Terms of individual bonus rules may prevail over this policy.
3.1 Only one bonus can be activated at any given time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined. For example, a promotion that provides for a bonus upon registration and a welcome bonus, do not stack and a user will have to pick one of them.
4.1 Bonus abuse by users is not permitted. Attempts to exceed the maximum bet are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Users are strictly forbidden from employing any strategies when using active bonuses to fulfill wagering requirements. If a user is found to have employed such strategies, or we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user has been using a bonus solely for financial gain, we reserve the right to revoke the winnings of such users and terminate their accounts effect immediately.
4.3 While betting with a deposit bonus attached, the deposit funds shall be used first, then the bonus funds. All winnings derived from a bet with an attached bonus are considered bonus funds.
4.4 Please, note, bonus money on a balance less than 0,10 USD / 0,50 BRL or the equivalent in your wallet currency, will be cleared as well as wagering.
4.5 All withdrawal requests for winnings acquired using bonus funds will be reviewed before they are approved. Depending on the results of this procedure, we reserve the right to ask users to confirm both their personal and payment details before the request is processed.
4.6 We reserve the right to cancel or confiscate any bonuses or winnings or funds left on a user account if these funds have been obtained unfairly or in violation of this policy or the bonus rules.
4.7 When a withdrawal is canceled, the funds are returned to your account and you can make use of those funds. Betsmore assumes no responsibility for any funds lost during play following a withdrawal cancellation by you or us.
4.8 All of our bonus offers are permitted to only one bonus per person, family, home address, email address, IP address, phone number, account number, credit or debit card, e-wallet number, payment system account, electronic device only. If a user is found violating this rule, we reserve the right to revoke the winnings and terminate their accounts immediately.

4.10 Malfunctions void all payments and plays. Betsmore reserves the right to withdraw any winnings caused by malfunctions or entered erroneously.
Important:Betsmore reserves the right to make the final decision in the resolution of any disputes related to bonuses, and such decisions are not subject to appeal.
5.1 Expired/canceled bonuses and free spins cannot be reinstated.
5.2 It is imperative to note that bonus requests cannot be entertained if your real balance is fully depleted. If you have not received your bonus, promptly contact us. Requests made without money in the balance will not be processed.
5.3 Every user has the right to abandon bonuses by making a request to the site's customer support to reset the bonus balance, but the request will only be accepted if the user has not used their bonus.
